Nurse-midwife, Cognitive Brief Therapist, Sex Therapist, Individual and Family Neuropsychiatric Coach
Janina is a nurse, midwife, sex therapist and certified sexual counsellor. She is also trained as a cognitive brief therapist and a neuropsychiatric coach. Janina has also completed the Child Protection Specialist training. Janina has extensive experience of working with families, young people and different life situations and has also encountered many nepsy-child clients and immigrant families in her work. Janina is calm, sensitive and clear in her approach. She supports especially interaction, respectful communication and the strengthening of emotional and awareness skills. She uses cognitive and solution-focused methods to help relieve stress and anxiety, identify personal boundaries and strengthen everyday management. Janina also has special expertise in sexuality and identity issues, such as self-image, body image, gender and sexual orientation. She confronts these issues in a natural, safe and respectful way. Janina works flexibly in family work, support worker work and as part of assessment and rehabilitation processes, according to the needs of the client.
