Self-purchased family work is low-threshold, preventive support for families who want to strengthen their everyday life, parenting or interaction at an early stage. The service is voluntary and does not require child protection involvement.
The work is goal-oriented but flexible, and is built together according to the needs of the family. Family work can focus on issues such as everyday structures, education, guidance or strengthening interaction. Meetings are conducted in a relaxed way and concrete exercises are carried out in everyday situations.
How is this different from child protection family work?
Self-purchased family work is for situations where the challenges are even lighter and support is needed in time. The work is preventive and based on the family’s own goals.
Child protection family work, on the other hand, relates to situations where there is greater concern and the work is more closely controlled by the authorities.
Individual meeting
You can also book an individual family work session (1.5 hours) when you need quick support or a perspective on an everyday situation. Just one meeting can help to clarify the situation and find concrete ways forward.
The service is suitable for families who want support in their daily lives before the burden becomes too great. The aim is to strengthen the family’s own resources and to find ways of coping that work and will continue to work.
Family work is based on deeper professional skills and a guided approach, focusing on understanding everyday situations and building more lasting change.

Everyday life does not have to be overwhelming. The Daily Support Package brings your family practical help and a trusted adult to help you get through your day.
The package includes 2 hours of support per week for 4 weeks (8 hours in total). This can be help with the children’s daily routine, with household chores or a moment of respite when you know you’re on track.
The service is particularly suited to situations where one parent has a lot of everyday responsibilities – but works equally well for any family who needs extra hands and flexibility in everyday life.
You can start without a long-term commitment and see what impact the support has on your everyday life.
The Everyday Support Package for Families is a day-to-day service where you have a trusted adult by your side to help you get on with your daily life. The support is practical, flexible and always tailored to your family’s needs.
A support adult can be present in everyday situations, for example to take your child to activities, pick them up from nursery, meet them at home or help with light household chores.
The aim of the service is to lighten the load of everyday life and give you space to breathe. When everyday life is shared, the whole feels more manageable.
It’s about safe support alongside – extra hands, ears and eyes that make everyday life run more smoothly.
The service is suitable for families or single parents who need practical help, a breathing space or a reliable adult to share responsibilities. It is particularly supportive in stressful situations, in the midst of change or when everyday life seems to be too much for one person.
The service is also suitable as a preventive measure, when you want to ensure that everyday life remains smooth and safe for your child. You don’t have to go through everyday life alone.

We offer a package of services combining home care for families with children and home care for older people. In this way, the whole family’s everyday support can be built into a coherent whole, with the same familiar worker.
The service can include help with children’s daily life, household chores and support for the elderly, such as shopping, socialising and making everyday life easier. The home care service for older people does not include medical care, but focuses on practical help and a safe presence.
The advantage of a joint service is continuity: the same staff know the family’s situation as a whole. This increases a sense of security, makes everyday life easier and reduces the need to explain things again. The support is genuinely built around the family.
The service is particularly suitable for families living in peak years, combining work, family life and possibly supporting an elderly person. It brings fluidity, flexibility and extra hands when responsibilities pile up.
The service is also suitable as a preventive measure in situations where you want to ensure a balance in your daily life and reduce stress before it becomes too great.

We have developed a parenting empowerment model that aims to increase self-esteem and strengthen the connection with the child. The work is based on strengthening mentalisation skills, the ability to understand one’s own and the child’s emotions and the reasons behind behaviour.
Many parents know what they want to do, but it doesn’t always happen in everyday life. In this workshop, we will pause to reflect on our own parenting and look for concrete, everyday ways to do things differently.
The coaching takes 12 sessions over 3 months, but often just a few insights can quickly make everyday life easier.
The work is preventive and proven in practice. It helps to identify stressful patterns before they accumulate, so it is useful for every parent, not just in challenging situations.
What are the benefits of working?
As your understanding of yourself and your child grows, parenthood begins to feel more secure and more like you.
The service is suitable for parents who want to strengthen their own parenting, increase understanding and find ways to work in everyday life. It is suitable for both stressful situations and as a preventive measure when you want to build a smoother everyday life and a stronger bond with your child.
